Do you have gluten-free cookies? 

Yes! Some of our recipes can be ordered gluten-free. If you have a food intolerance, please reach out to us and we will let you know if we can prepare your order for you in a way that can meet your needs.

What precautions do you take for health and safety?

The health and safety of our customers is our number one priority. We make sure that the space in which we prepare orders is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each baking session. Each person coming in contact with your order must be healthy, have their hands properly washed, and are wearing necessary items needed for food service safety.

Can you deliver to my house?

Delivery days are Thursday and Friday for normal weekly orders. Currently, we are doing home deliveries to those in the Monroe County, MI area for a $5 to $10 local delivery fee depending on your location. This fee is waived if your order is for 5 dozen or more. For our customers outside the Monroe County area, let us know where you live, and we will see if we are able to deliver to you! There may be an additional charge to the delivery fee depending on how far you are from our usual delivery zone. Delivery days are Thursday and Friday for normal weekly orders. For special events we will be in touch with you based on your event.

What if I have a nut allergy?

We understand how important and serious such allergies are! While we may be able to ensure that our facilities and utensils are free from nut products, it can be hard to be certain that any of the ingredients that we use did not come into contact with a nut-based item. Therefore, we are not providing nut-free orders at this time. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Do you provide shipping for your products?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our goods at this time. We will continue to work hard in order to make this feature available to our customers in the future.

How do I pay for my order?

Right now, we are accepting payments through Venmo, PayPal and Apple Pay. We also accept credit and debit cards. If it is a delivery order, it must be prepaid through one of the means mentioned above. If it is a pickup order of 1 to 2 dozen, cash is accepted upon pickup. Any pickup of 3 dozen or more must be prepaid before we start your order. 

Where can I pick up my order?

Pickup is currently in the Monroe Florist parking lot located at 747 South Monroe Street, Monroe, MI 48161, United States. Pickups will be ready between 4pm-6pm Thursday and Friday. Let us know which day you prefer and feel free to keep in touch with us throughout the process.
